Standard Motor Series

Kuo Shuay has eight motor series: AEEF, AEVF, AEHH, AEUH, ANEF, ANVF, ANHH, and ANUH. The eight series are all IEC standard motors with horsepower ranging from 0.5HP to 20HP. The motor can be divided to different series by installation type, efficiency, and frame materials. The installation method can be divided into horizontal (foot mounted) or vertical (flange mounted), no matter which series, as long as the motor frame number is the same, the dimension of installation will be the same. Efficiency can be divided into general efficiency and IE3 high efficiency. Since 2017, many areas including North America, the European Union have set up law to regulate motor efficiency. Motors need to obey the regulation of energy before import to those countries. The motor frame with different material is belonging to different series. Traditional motor uses a cast iron frame, which is larger and heavier. Kuo Shuay develops the aluminum frame series which have smaller frame size and light weight. More advantages of aluminum frame series are such as great heat dissipation, beautiful appearance, which is suitable for various industrial applications.

Custom Motor Series

Apart from the eight standard motor series, Kuo Shuay also has a complete range of motors for definite purposes motors. Those motor are usually customized and applied to different industry, such as fans, blowers, pumps, treadmills, air compressors, woodworking machines... and so on. These customized products are mainly designed according to the needs of customers. Compared to the standard motor series, the customized motor owned more suitable horsepower and performance, and even more flexible and creative installation method.
