Our Factory
As a Taichung-based motor factory dedicated to production and R&D, Kuo Shuay carries out the research, testing and manufacturing of new products entirely within its own facility. The factory is located in Shengang District, Taichung City, currently employs around 70 people and covers a floor area of about 5,000 square meters. From raw-material handling and production flow to shipping and packaging, every stage follows standard operating procedures.
Electric Motor Production Lines
The factory is equipped with four production lines, A, B, C and D, manufacturing motors ranging from 0.01 kW to 15 kW with an annual output of up to 400,000 units, ensuring ample production capacity. For customers with specific needs, we also set up dedicated assembly lines.
100% Inspection in Acoustic Test Rooms
Every Kuo Shuay motor undergoes strict inspection from raw material and semi-finished parts to finished product. During assembly, each production line is equipped with an independent acoustic test room. After a motor is assembled, it must be inspected by professionally trained personnel before packaging and shipping directly from the factory.
ISO 9001-Certified Taiwan Motor Factory
Kuo Shuay's motor factory is ISO 9001 certified, with rigorous control over raw-material storage, labeling, stacking and traceability. In motor manufacturing and assembly, line personnel follow work-instruction procedures, and 5S is adopted as the standardization focus for plant operations and production lines to improve product stability. Through strict process control, we strive to become a benchmark in the motor industry.
New Factory Completed in 2023
In recent years, growing business demand led us to add flexible production lines and expand the plant in 2020. The new motor factory began production in 2023; with increased capacity, we look forward to serving even more customers.
