Description

The AEVF 0.5HP four-pole cast iron flange-mounted motor features a B5 mounting configuration with a rated speed of 1685RPM and 73.5% efficiency, purpose-built for small mixers, constant-speed vertical equipment, lab reactors, and other vertical applications. The precision-machined flange face enables direct concentric coupling to pumps, gear reducers, or agitators without requiring additional base alignment, significantly reducing assembly time and minimizing resonance risk. The cast iron frame provides superior structural rigidity, ensuring stable axial load distribution during vertical operation with markedly lower vibration and noise than comparable aluminum-frame vertical motors. The die-cast aluminum rotor integrates fan blades, bars, and end rings in a single casting for excellent starting performance. Pre-lubricated double-sealed bearings eliminate routine greasing—particularly valuable for elevated installations that are difficult to access. The universal voltage design spans 200V to 480V at 50/60Hz, serving global power grids with a single SKU. Fully certified to UL, BSMI, and CE standards.
