Description
The AEHH 7.5HP 4-Pole Cast Iron Foot Mounted IE3 Premium Efficiency Motor features B3 foot-mounted installation. Rated speed 1760RPM with 91.7% efficiency at IE3 Premium Efficiency class, frame 132S. Particularly well-suited for HVAC chiller and medium process pump efficiency retrofits. At 8,000 operating hours per year, the IE3 efficiency premium typically pays back within 18-24 months, with the remaining service life delivering pure energy-savings benefit. Cast iron housing and brackets deliver excellent structural rigidity. The TEFC totally-enclosed design achieves IP54 protection for long-term stable operation in dusty and humid environments. The die-cast aluminum rotor integrates fan blades, bars, and end rings in a single casting for superior starting performance. Pre-lubricated double-sealed bearings eliminate routine greasing.
