Description
The AEHH 2HP 4-Pole Cast Iron Foot Mounted IE3 Premium Efficiency Motor features B3 foot-mounted installation. Rated speed 1745RPM with 87.5% efficiency at IE3 Premium Efficiency class, purpose-built for 24/7 continuous duty. Based on 8,000 annual operating hours at USD 0.10/kWh, annual savings of approximately USD 50-70 versus standard efficiency motors enable IE3 premium payback within 1-2 years. Cast iron housing and brackets deliver excellent structural rigidity. The TEFC totally-enclosed design achieves IP54 protection for long-term stable operation in dusty and humid environments. The die-cast aluminum rotor integrates fan blades, bars, and end rings in a single casting for superior starting performance. Pre-lubricated double-sealed bearings eliminate routine greasing. Universal voltage 200V to 480V at 50/60Hz allows a single SKU to serve power grids worldwide.
