1HP General Purpose IE3 Motor 3470 RPM, EFF 81.5%
Horizontal Type
The 1HP2P IE3 aluminum frame motor, efficiency reaches NEMA Premium (IE3) level and has been approved by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Certifications include UL (North America), BSMI (Taiwan) and CE (Europe). The motor size is smaller than the traditional cast iron motor and weight is also decreased. Foot mounted structure and terminal box has three install positions and can be 4 x 90 degree rotation.Stator and rotor lamination are re-designed and built of high grade electromagnetic steel to increase the efficiency. Waterproof and dustproof with protection to IP55. The installation and tolerance and dimension are in accordance with IEC international standard. Kuo Shuay's IE3 motor is designed for wide voltage use. The applicable voltage for a single IE3 motor can cover 200V, 220V, 230V, 240V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 460V, 480V, frequency 50Hz, 60Hz. It significantly helps our customer to control their inventory.
1HP General Purpose IE3 Motor 3470 RPM, EFF 81.5%
Vertical Type
The 1HP IE3 high efficiency motor can support voltages from 200V, 220V, 230V, 240V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 460V to 480V, frequency 50Hz and 60Hz. It is very convenient when our customers sell machines with our motors to different countries. They do not need to prepare too much inventory for different voltages. Current certifications include UL for North America, BSMI for Taiwan and CE for Europe. The motor also gets approval from the Department of Energy in U.S.(the efficiency meets the NEMA Premium level). With the aluminum frame, the weight is decreased compared to the cast iron frame motor. By upgrading the lamination steel of the motor, the size of the motor is also smaller. It increases the power density and maintains the same output and performance.
